WCGE launches new doctoral academy "Business and leadership ethics"

PhD students in business or leadership ethics enrolled at European universities are invited to apply for our brand-new program until November 7, 2024.

We are delighted to announce the launch of the Doctoral Academy “Business and Leadership Ethics”, an initiative hosted by the WCGE and the Friede Springer Chair of Business Ethics and Management Accounting at Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg.

This distinguished program, generously funded by the Karl Schlecht Stiftung, offers doctoral candidates a platform to advance their research, engage with renowned scholars, and foster meaningful connections between theoretical inquiry and practical application within the fields of business, and leadership ethics.

Who is it for?
The Doctoral Academy is open to doctoral students from all academic disciplines, enrolled at European universities, who are working on topics related to business, or leadership ethics. Advanced Master’s students with an academic focus, as well as early-stage career researchers who have recently completed their PhD, are also very welcome to apply.

The flexible one-year program, consisting of four individual modules, kicks-off with the first event from November 24-28 in Wittenberg – a four-day Writing Retreat.
